Job Search Properly Disabled When Setting is Turned Off

An issue was resolved where candidates could still access and apply for jobs via the self-service portal even when the “Enable Job Search” setting was disabled.

What This Fix Means:

  • When “Enable Job Search” is disabled, the “Search for Open Jobs” button will no longer appear.
  • Applicants will not be able to access the Job Search page or apply for jobs, regardless of the “Enable Placements” setting.
  • Ensures system behavior correctly aligns with the intended configuration.

This fix improves compliance with system settings, ensuring a consistent experience based on configured permissions.
