Accurate Expired Status for Multi-Signer Signature Requests

An issue was resolved where expired multi-signer signature requests in onboarding did not correctly reflect their expired status.

What This Fix Means:

  • Signature requests that expire while awaiting multiple signatures will now correctly remain expired, even if additional signers complete their parts after expiration.
  • Prevents requests from incorrectly reverting to “Signed” status.
  • Ensures expired requests appear in the “Expired eDocs” section as expected.
  • Helps second signers receive accurate notifications and visibility into document status.

This fix improves accuracy in tracking expired eDocs and ensures a more reliable onboarding process.
