Improved Mobile Phone Country Code Handling on Applicant Quick Add Page

The Applicant Quick Add page has been updated to align with the standard applicant addition process, improving the handling of mobile phone country codes.
Why Does It Matter?
- When the “Disable International Phone Numbers” setting is off, the mobile phone country code now defaults to the customer’s primary location but remains editable.
- Changing the Home Location no longer automatically updates the mobile phone country code, preventing unintended changes.
- Improves consistency across Talent Platform areas where applicants can be added, ensuring more accurate phone number entries.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility and reduces errors in mobile phone number handling during applicant entry.
