Expanded Global Address Support in Talent Platform and WFM
What’s new?
We’ve expanded support for international addresses across multiple areas of the Talent Platform and WFM, making it easier to manage global information.
What has been added:
- All countries are now included in the country selection dropdown. Users can now select from a comprehensive and complete list of countries.
- Improved usability with a new typeahead dropdown in the applicant portal. Simply start typing, and the dropdown will quickly surface the correct country.
Enhanced Areas:
- Applicant Portal: Profile, Basic Information, Preliminary Info
- WFM: Applicant Edit, Customer Location Country
- Legacy UI: Basic Information, Preliminary Info
- BTP/Talent Platform/New View: Basic Information, Preliminary Info
