Bullhorn now gives you the ability to mark files stored on candidate, contact, company, opportunity, job, and placement records as private, and share those files with specific users. On the Files tab for each of these record types, there is a new column labeled Visibility. This column, which can be sorted and filtered like the other columns on the tab, displays either Public or Private, denoting whether a file is visible to all users (assuming they can see the record) or not.
