Customer Required Fields (CRF)

Customer Required Fields will leverage data entered by the candidate when entering their time to be included in billing. Customer Required Fields are custom fields (drop downs) that are unique for each company and contain information specific to that client that can then be used to split, group, and summarize invoices. Customer Required Fields will also be available on the invoice document.

Some examples of Customer Required Fields are project codes or worksite numbers. Customer Required Fields will greatly help streamline data collection and invoice processing while decreasing the likelihood of human error. They will do this by providing the ability to define standardized fields that are configured at the company and placement, available to select during time entry and will flow through the invoicing process.
