VMS Sync Candidate Submittals

We’re excited to announce the availability of automated candidate submittals directly from the Bullhorn ATS/CRM! The new functionality enables full cycle synchronization of VMS jobs by automating job retrievals from VMS’ to Bullhorn, and then enabling recruiters to submit candidates back to the VMS, all in near real time. 

 

Recruiters no longer need to copy and paste data between systems, ensuring higher speed and data accuracy, and improving the chances of securing a placement.

  • Candidate submittals in VMS Sync will be available for users of Fieldglass and Beeline VMS’s starting on April 6th, with support for additional VMS’s coming soon.
  • For more information and licensing details, please contact your account manager.

Hours Rounding Issue

On invoices, quantity will now display with four decimal places. We are excited to announce the general availability of our enhanced e-signature capabilities. With this enhancement, electronic signatures in Onboarding are aligned with more robust standards of signature intent, consent, authenticity, and integrity. These enhancements include new consent pop-ups, expanded access to audit trails, and emails to candidates with approved PDF copies. We encourage you to call Support and have this enabled after your environment is updated to the August release! Our enhanced electronic signatures will eventually be enabled in all customer environments by default – at present, customers must currently opt-in by calling Support.

Task Reminders Not Being Sent Correctly

This issue has been resolved and upon receiving the latest release, leading and trailing spaces are ignored when Lead records are saved.

Converted Leads do not Associate Emails with Contact’s Company

An issue has been identified where upon converting a lead to a contact, emails sent to that contact do not associate with the contact’s company. This issue has been resolved and upon receiving the latest release, emails for converted contacts will track to the company as expected.

Branded Job Publishing

An update has been made to allow for multi-brand job publishing. Now, when a brand is selected on the job publishing screen, the available social links (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) will provide links to the corresponding brand selected by the user. No change has been made to branded publishing to the Open Source Career Portal or the Indeed Syndication.

Multiple brands can be set up under Menu > Tools > BH Connect within the Branded Career Portal Posting option.

Job and Candidate Exports Now include Client Submission and Placement Counts
