Released to Production: The following resolved issues were released to production on April 1, 2024.
Candidate Experience: Area Code 369 is Valid
Candidates can now enter the California area code 369 for phone number validation. This area code was added in California in 2023 but was not recognized as valid in Onboarding365 before this release.
Compliance: Compliance Representative Adding Data Views Reports
The Compliance Representative role has been corrected to grant access to the full range of reports as specified. This resolves the issue where only a limited set of reports were available.
Data View: Data View Export Shows Ethnic Background
An issue in the Paycom Data View Export was resolved where the “Ethnic Background” column displayed a blank cell instead of the expected “H” for the “Hispanic or Latino” entry (EqualOpportunityTypeId: 1).
Document Management: WebFormDesigner Asterisk on Checkbox
An issue was resolved in document management where the asterisk symbol indicating a required field was missing for checkbox fields in the “Web Form Designer” when creating PDF or Video WebForms in new documents.
Records: Content Record Deleted if a ContentImage Record Links
The issue where Content records linked to a ContentImage via the “Link to Internal Page” dropdown couldn’t be deleted has been resolved. Users can now delete Content records without encountering errors.
Tax Forms 2024: Withholding Tax for Mississippi
The Mississippi state withholding form (89-350) has been updated for 2024. This update now enforces completion of the “_Amount claimed by you_” field if a candidate selects “_Spouse IS employed_”.
Tax Forms 2024: Montana State Withholding Form
An issue was resolved where values entered on the Web UI during the completion of the 2024 Montana Withholding form were not appearing on the mapped form.
Tax Forms 2024: Exempt Tax for W-4
An issue was resolved where selecting Exempt on a Form W-4 webform in Utah, New Mexico, or North Dakota incorrectly removed the chosen filing status, causing inconsistent database entries.
Tax Forms 2024: NC-4EZ Exempt Flowing Data Through
An issue that prevented withholding data from being cleared upon marking an Exempt checkbox has been resolved. This resulted in conflicting data saving to the candidate record and persisting to ATS.

What’s new?

I-9 Dashboard: Add New Alt Procedure? Filter Column
What’s new?
HR Managers, HR Associates, and Compliance Representatives now can filter the I-9 Dashboard by the Alternative Procedure checkbox.
Why does it matter?
This update helps to ensure the efficient review of forms and supporting documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
How do I enable this?
Admin users can turn this on by navigating to the following: Settings > General Settings > i9 section > Enable alternative Procedure Checkbox.

What’s new?
Three new reports and updates to two existing reports are available in the standard Pay & Bill Bullhorn Reporting package:
New Reports:

Updated Reports:

- Transaction Master Summary Exceptions V7
Why does it matter?
These new and updated reports allow you to track additional pay and bill data.
How do I enable this?
New reports are enabled by default. Contact Bullhorn Support to update to the latest version of the updated reports; this ensures any customizations to existing reports aren’t overwritten.
Customer Required Fields
Customer Required Fields Free Text Option
What’s new?
You can now track Customer Required Fields (CRF) Free Text within Bullhorn. The new CRF allows Candidates to enter the correct CRF value, rather than selecting a prepopulated option, on their timecard during Time Entry. The CRF Free Text data will flow through to their respective billing transactions and can be used to split, group, and summarize invoices.
Why does it matter?
The new CRF Free Text option allows you to track additional custom data points against time worked and use those data points to manage invoice presentation.
How do I enable this?
CRF Free Text is enabled by default for customers with CRF functionality already enabled. Contact Bullhorn Support if you would like to enable CRF functionality.
Pay & Bill Resolved Issue
Bullhorn Reporting: Fields Related to Work From Home are Available
Multiple fields related to Work From Home are now available in Bullhorn Reporting and can be used in report writing.
Onboarding Talent Edition Resolved Issues
Bullhorn Integration: Existing Job Postings Deleted/Unpublished in ATS
Job synchronization with Bullhorn has been enhanced ensuring more accurate handling of updates and reducing the risk of missed changes or orphaned records.
E-verify: Values Sent to Crimcheck
Data from an Employment Authorized Document (Form I-766) accurately flows to Crimcheck and creates an E-Verify case. Previously, the data was not being sent correctly and an E-Verify was not created.
I-9: Dashboard 2.0 Latency
Minor changes were made to improve the load time of the I-9 Dashboard 2.0.
I-9: Section 2 – Update Button Texts on Document Capture
In Section 2, the button for document uploads now accurately displays the Capture and Choose File buttons. Previously, this showed Retake instead of the Capture and Choose File buttons in certain conditions.
Preliminary Information: Applicant Portal Displays Country Code
An issue was resolved for phone number field validation when completing multiple forms on the Preliminary Info page for clients who have the Disable International Phone Numbers setting enabled. Previously, when the Disable International Phone Numbers setting was enabled a confusing error would appear when validating the phone number field.

Resend Text Message Reminder for I-9 Forms
What’s new?
Recruiters can resend text messages to I-9 authorized representatives when candidates designate them via SMS.
Why does it matter?
This allows authorized representatives to be reminded when they need to complete their portion of the I-9 so it can be completed promptly. Authorized representatives can rely on this timely reminder to ensure they complete their portion of the 1-9 before it expires, reducing the likelihood of failing to complete the 1-9.
How do I enable this?
Generally Available: Contact Support for enablement.

What’s new?
Individuals completing Supplement B (previously, Section 3) can now preview the Section 1 which was completed by the candidate.

What’s new?

Onboarding365 Resolved Issues
Bullhorn Integration: New ATS Users Syncing to ONB365
New users will automatically sync from Bullhorn ATS to Onboarding365 during user creation in both the admin and App interfaces. Previously, an issue caused users to not automatically sync from the ATS.
Email: Default Email Template for Noncorporate Brand and Default Language
Email templates now use the noncorporate brand when assigned. Previously, some email templates that were set to the default language (English (United States)) but assigned to a noncorporate brand, incorrectly used the corporate brand template.
I-9: Section 1 After the Section 2 is Certified
An issue was resolved where sporadic deletion of the Form I-9 Section 1 after Section 2 certification was happening.
Preview: Signatures Missing from all Documents
The signatures now appear as expected in the Preview environment. Previously, an issue caused signatures to be missing for all documents, affecting standard and custom documents.

Maestro (Medical Solutions) – On Hold Status
What’s new?
VMS Sync now parses the On Hold Position Status from Maestro (Medical Solutions) VMS to indicate when a Position has paused Candidate submissions, and ATS Jobs are updated accordingly.
Why does it matter?
These real-time status updates enable you to respond to the time-sensitivity of VMS Position submission windows, so you do not waste time and effort preparing candidate submissions for unavailable opportunities.
How do I enable this?
Generally Available: No action is needed for VSM Sync customers. All Maestro (Medical Solutions) Positions will display an On Hold Status when appropriate in VMS Sync.
VMS Sync
Amplify Workforce – Medical Parsing Support
What’s new?
VMS Sync has added medical parsing to Amplify Workforce VMS. This derives medType and medSpecialty properties from select fields on the VMS Position, allowing you to accurately categorize your ATS Jobs.
Additionally, VMS Sync now parses the following Position field values from Amplify VMS:
- Target Rate
- Non Local Candidate Accepted
- Additional Tests
- Vendor Questionnaire
- Coverage Shift
- Contract Details
Why does it matter?
You no longer need to switch between VMS and ATS to manually update ATS Jobs, because VMS Sync now parses as much data as possible.

Bullhorn One Resolved Issues
Reporting: Bullhorn Reporting Cognos Version 11 Error
You can now run or modify reports without encountering connection errors in Cognos version 11. Previously, there was an issue with intermittent connection problems.
International Support: Special Characters in the “Name” Field
You can now make use of accented letters to name custom layouts properly. Previously, special characters were not saved for Custom Cards, Menu Actions, or List Buttons on any entity.
Parser: Parsing CVs Omits Apostrophes from Candidate Work History
Parsing CVs now includes apostrophes in the Candidate Work History. Previously, apostrophes were dropped in the Company Name and Job Title fields on the Work History tab after a resume had been parsed using the automatic resume parser Sovren version 10.
Admin: User Login Auditing Reliability
You can now view reliable user login activity within the Admin > Users > User page as all sessions are accurately logged. Previously, some successful logins were not logged and additional user activity was incorrectly flagged as suspicious.

Authorization and Authentication on Survey Links
What’s new?
All survey links now have hashing authentication and URL expiration to improve security.
Why does it matter?
You now have heightened security to protect your surveys from potential vulnerabilities from bad actors. This prevents them from being able to imitate surveys and their recipients based on sequential ID enumeration.
How do I enable this?
This enhancement is enabled by default.
Communications
Universal Date/Time Conversions
What’s new?
You can now configure Merge Tokens to utilize Universal Date/Time for Emails, Texts, and Engagements (Surveys/Chats).
Why does it matter?
The ability to configure your communications with different standardized date and time formats allows you to engage your recipients in international markets in multiple regions.
How do I enable this?
- Navigate to Settings > Company Settings.
- Click the Edit button on the General Setting modal.
- Under Date Format, choose one of the two different Universal Date/Time options:
- YYYY/MM/DD 24hr
- YYYY/MM/DD 12hr AM/PM
ATS Resolved Issues
Credentialing: Editing Non-sensitive Credential File Types with the “Edit Certification File Attachment” Entitlement
Users with the “Edit Certification File Attachment” entitlement can now edit non-sensitive Credential File types. Previously, this functionality was not working when the user also had the “Preview Sensitive Certification File Attachment” entitlement disabled.

An issue was resolved where editing Notes generated from emails in Bullhorn was stripping the link to the email upon saving.
Placement Commissions: Default Commissions Values
The values for the System Settings variables ‘commissionRoleRecruiting’ and ‘commissionRoleSales’ are now respected. These variables allow you to define the default role title for the Recruiting and Sales commission recipients. Previously, the values for the variables were ignored and default values ‘Recruiting’ and ‘Sales’ were used.

What’s new?
As a Bullhorn Analytics User Admin, I can now update Dashboard editing permissions for users en masse.
Why does it matter?
User Admins no longer have to update Dashboard editing permissions for users individually.
How do I enable this?
The feature has already been released and is natively available to Bullhorn Analytics User Admins. See the Bulk Updating User Permissions article for details on how to use it.
