Pixid | German Language Support
The Submit to VMS form is now available in German for Pixid VMS Positions. This enables German-speaking VMS Sync Submittals users to quickly submit Candidates to Pixid Positions from within Bullhorn.

Large Attachment Handling
Improvements have been made for handling larger attachments. A new endpoint has been added to more efficiently retrieve file contents, and files are now uploaded before they’re saved. This workflow change resolves a previous issue with very large attachments (17MB+).
Large attachment handling is particularly important for Healthcare users who are required to submit multiple files per candidate submission.
Availability: This backend update has been applied to all Submittal-supported VMSs (Fieldglass, Beeline and Pixid).

Stat Staff | Unit Details Parsing
VMS Sync now parses Unit Details for Stat Staff VMS Positions. This ensures ATS Jobs include as much data from the VMS as possible, increasing data integrity and reducing the need for end-user manual updates.

Rules Get Field Values from ATS Company or Location
VMS Sync Rules now supports both Company and Location value lookup. This lets VMS Sync users control which entity a Rule pulls values from (Company or Location).
Rules are most commonly used to auto-populate ATS Job fields, reducing manual entry and time spent reviewing Jobs for completeness and accuracy.

Einstein2 (Prolink) | Incorrect Status and “Select” Company
An issue was resolved with Einstein2 Prolink VMS Positions. Previously, Prolink Positions displayed incorrect Status values, and Company showed as “Select” instead of a valid Company name.
Now, both Status and Company fields display the correct VMS value. This ensures there’s no data discrepancy between VMS and ATS, and reduces the need for users to swivel between products to manually review and correct ATS Jobs.

Evaluated Holiday Hours Will Remain Holiday Hours
Holiday hours will now consistently be displayed as Holiday hours after time evaluation, rather than occasionally showing as Regular hours.

Unable to Re-export Failed Unbilled Distribution
An issue has been resolved where billing specialists couldn’t retry the export of Unbilled Revenue Distributions for Billable Charges with a General Ledger Status of “Export Failed”.
Now, you can select “Export Unbilled Revenue Distributions” from the list actions dropdown to action distributions that have previously failed the export process.

Purchase Order and Purchase Order Edit History are now supported in Data Replication.

Customer Required Fields
Enhanced Validation on Customer Required Fields Options
New validations for customer-required field options have been added. When a CRF option is added or edited, the system will validate and ensure that the option start date is on or after the field start date. It will also validate and ensure the option end date is on or before the field end date.

Placement Rate Card Custom fields are now available in Canvas and can be used in report writing.

Billing Profile
Display of billingClientCorporationID in the Company’s Billing Profiles Tab is Always the Current Company
We fixed a display issue on the Client Corporation Billing Profile Tab where the Billing Profile’s Billing Client Corporation would display the name of the Client Corporation of the record page you were on, regardless of whether the values were different due to Billing Relationships. Now, the correct record will be displayed at all times.

I-9 Corrections
An issue has been resolved where I-9 Corrections for Section 2 were transitioning into a “Restart” status if the I-9 was abandoned at the signing step. Now, the “Waiting” status will persist until the I-9 correction is signed. This improvement streamlines the I-9 correction process for a smoother user experience.

Form I-9
The 2023 version of the Form I-9 will now be the only section of the I-9 that can be assigned in workflows, preventing the assignment of Section 2 and Supplement B as individual forms. This ensures consistency in I-9 assignment practices, mirroring the behavior of the earlier version of the I-9.

E-Verify
Form I-9 corrections will no longer trigger an E-Verify case, allowing employers to determine whether a new case is required once a correction is made.

Preliminary Information: Req_fed_id Setting
An issue has been resolved where when an applicant fills out their preliminary info page after receiving a form with the req_fed_id setting disabled and then receives a form with the req_fed_id setting enabled the applicant is now brought to their preliminary info page to fill in their SSN and/or date of birth.

Preliminary Information: Middle Name
When an applicant selects “I do not have a middle name” check box on the Preliminary Information page and then enters a Middle name on the Basic Information page, the “I do not have a middle name” check box on the Preliminary Information page will become un-checked. Additionally, their middle name will be updated on the Preliminary Information page to the name that was entered on the Basic Information page.

An issue has been resolved with the UI integration with Bullhorn where when loading the Onboarding Talent Edition tab on a Candidate record the Merge Candidate into Able Later, Create Candidate Able Account buttons at the top of the page were obstructed and only partially visible.

I-9 Section 2: Section 1 Information Visibility
Authorized Representatives can now view candidate information in Section 1 during the signing of Section 2, allowing the Authorized Representative to confidently and compliantly complete their attestation.

An issue was resolved that prevented a user from submitting a form on mobile view when the form had a checkbox that controlled visibility of a required field dropdown.
Bullhorn ATS Entity Integrations
Leads
We have released support for the Bullhorn ATS Lead entity. This allows customers to easily cultivate lead engagement through automation that is crucial for business development. With the ability to build and deploy Lead engagement campaigns as well as data hygiene projects through automations, clients are able to qualify leads faster while maintaining an effective database and gain more confidence in their sales and recruitment efforts.
Early Access: This is currently only available for our early access Bullhorn ATS customers. We are targeting a general availability release in Q1 of 2024.

Note & Email Template Filter to Grab Templates on Load
The Message Templates filter for Notes and Emails has been updated to show the 200 most recently modified templates without having to type in the search bar. This functionality has been added to each category – My Templates, My Department Templates, All Templates – as a quicker way to find recent templates.

Novo-Elements v9
The Bullhorn design system, Novo Elements, has been upgraded to version 9. This major version release includes performance and maintainability improvements for easier use. For more information, please refer to the Novo Elements website.
Availability: The Novo platform .12 release will include these changes. External consumers who wish to upgrade their Novo Elements library version should follow the upgrade process outlined on our Novo Elements website.

Self Heal Email Report
Previously, the Self Heal Email report was only being sent when it failed to heal a record three times in a row. The report has now been enhanced so that it is sent daily in all instances.
Custom Objects
Custom Objects On All Entities Above 10 Aren’t Searchable
An issue was resolved where users with 11 or more Custom Objects could only search the first 10 Custom Objects listed. This fix will allow users to search for all of their added Custom Objects on the Candidate, Contact, and Company entities. Other entities did not have this issue given there are no more than 10 custom objects.
Availability: User’s utilizing more than 10 custom objects on the Candidate, Contact, and Company entities.

Merge PDF Support on Compliance Manager Requirements Checklist
We’ve added the ability to create merged PDFs for multiple candidate credentials within the Compliance Manager Requirements Checklist. This new functionality will allow credentialing specialists to stay within the Compliance Manager to use the existing function of creating PDFs of credentials to send to client contacts or keep for their records to remain in compliance.
Availability: Users must have the “Create Merge PDF” and “View Certification File Attachment” usertype permissions.

Admin Page Metrics Now Grouped by Entity
The new ”Metric Ordering” tab is available under Admin > Metrics. In this tab you can set the order that metrics display in Analytics by dragging and dropping metrics as you want them to appear in Priority Metrics and Slice & Dice. This function was previously managed on the Edit Metrics page.
Additionally, metrics on the Edit Metrics page are now grouped by the entity they belong to. Click on each entity to expand and view all metrics or search for metrics by name.
