Colleen’s experience comes from over 15 years of managing people and performance in learning environments in the Communications and Health Care industries. Colleen joined the Bullhorn team in 2015, and partnered in building the Support training curriculum to a robust program focused on providing an incredible customer experience. In addition to teaching the Bullhorn Support Analysts how to help clients make the most of their Bullhorn tools, Colleen has led the client training for the Bullhorn Canvas rollout.
With over 25 years of experience working at Kelly Services, where she held both leadership and training roles, Nancy brings both recruiting and Bullhorn product expertise to the table. Whether it’s providing guidance around standardizing business processes, or sourcing best practices, Nancy is fully invested is ensuring that anyone who learns with her leaves each session with tips they can easily apply to their business to drive efficiency and profitability. A frequent speaker at Bullhorn Engage, Nancy always loves the opportunity to meet clients face-to-face!
Known as a “heavy hitter” with expertise in multiple industries, John brings a high level of energy and experience to every training he leads. Even with over 12 years of experience at Bullhorn, John is constantly on the hunt for discovering new and creative ways to get the most out of Bullhorn tools, which has led to him winning both Bullhorn Trainer Showdowns to date. John’s tips are a major source for the new Mastery Level courses that are being developed as part of Bullhorn Academy. You may also be familiar with John from his past role as President of the National Association of Personnel Services.
With 14 years experience designing and delivering training content for Kelly Services, Lana understands the world of Recruiters, Sales, and Staffing Management, because she either lived it or was immersed in it in her 25 years at Kelly. Her background drives her passion to help others be more successful in their roles by leveraging Bullhorn’s powerful features. Lana has been a major contributor to Bullhorn Academy’s learner focused-training content, helping to ensure it is always engaging, relevant, and relatable.
Before joining Bullhorn, Matt was a recruiter for nearly 10 years. Most recently he worked for Hays in Australia, from 2005 to late 2012, but started working in recruitment in 1997, when we faxed resumes, used a card index and our database was a row of filing cabinets! Matt’s background in staffing ensures that anyone who trains with him walks away with a better understanding of how Bullhorn can help them manage their desk more efficiently. Based in our Sydney office, Matt also contributes heavily to training content, ensuring that we have training offerings and resources that resonate with an international audience. He is also a big proponent of learner-focused training design, one of the key principles of Bullhorn Academy.
Eloise has over ten years of experience in recruitment and has extensive experience in training, coaching, and mentoring clients. Taking a partnership approach to training has enabled her to gain an understanding of our clients’ needs. Based in our London office, Eloise is also a key contributor to Bullhorn Academy course content, especially as our international voice!
