Onboarding PDF Flowback to Bullhorn Files Tab
Have you been manually downloading PDF files of completed documents from Onboarding and uploading them, one by one, to the files tab in Bullhorn? Our newly-added PDF flowback feature is here to make your life easier! We’ve improved the integration between Bullhorn and Onboarding – now, Onboarding documents will be automatically copied over to the Files tab in Bullhorn upon document completion and approval. Your candidates’ latest completed Onboarding files will always be up-to-date in Bullhorn, where your front-office workers can easily email and share them with colleagues.
This feature will be available to all Onboarding customers using Bullhorn ATS/CRM upon the latest release. The March release will need to have been deployed for both Onboarding and ATS/CRM before this functionality is available.
To learn more about using this feature, please consult the following training resource: PDF Flowback. If you encounter any issues with this functionality, please contact Bullhorn Support.
Tearsheet Management Enhancement
We are excited to announce a better way to manage your tearsheets. If you need to add or remove a single record, you no longer need to navigate to the tearsheet list to do so. You will now see a Manage Tearsheets option within the slideout or on the record itself under the Select An Action menu. This button allows you to either add or remove current tearsheets as well as add the record to a new tearsheet.
SEEK Job Publishing Update
When publishing a job to the SEEK job board, you will now only see formatting options available for SEEK job advertisements. These formatting options include:
– Bold

– Hyperlink
– Add horizontal line
SEEK Job Publishing is in Open Beta!
Note: SEEK is a job board that is specific to the APAC region.
We are excited to announce that SEEK Job Publishing is now in Open Beta. You can post directly to SEEK from Bullhorn and your applicants will automatically appear on the job record.
Please contact Support if you have a SEEK account and would like to participate in the Open Beta.
Career Portal Work History and Education Enhancement
Previously, applications from the career portal added a candidate record with a resume file and a web response. Now with this enhancement, the candidate record will also include work history and education information if it can be parsed from the resume provided.
Opt Out Option for All Sent Emails Enhancement
Normally, Opt Out verbiage only appears on emails that are sent to more than 10 recipients.
A new setting has been added to enable the option to include the standard Opt Out verbiage on all emails sent from Bullhorn.
This setting is optional and will not be enabled by default. Please contact Bullhorn Support if you would like to enable this functionality.
Email Privacy Enhancement
As part of ongoing security and privacy enhancements, email messages tracked against contacts and leads that have email domains that match any internal Bullhorn users within your database will no longer be discoverable. Please contact Bullhorn Support with any questions about this update.
Example: You have a Bullhorn user with the email address recruiter@acme.com and you add a contact record to your database with the email address legal@acme.com. Emails sent to and from legal@acme.com will not be visible on that contact record.
