Erasure and Anonymization for Leads & Contacts
GDPR enabled admins now have the ability to erase leads and contacts. When a lead or contact is erased, all sensitive information, and all linked entities with sensitive information, will be anonymized.
NPS Responses List
We have added Refresh and Close buttons to the NPS responses list.
Planner Language Support
Planner now supports Dutch, French, and German.
Placement Table
We’ve updated the columns on the placement table in the submission workflow to match those in S-Release.
Address Block “State” Field
The required setting for the Address Block “state” field will now be respected.
Lead Conversion
Converting multiple leads from the slideout action menu will no longer fail.
Sending Attachments
When using the “Send as Attachment” option, your file will now successfully attach to your email.
Expanded Card View
You can now scroll on the page when using the expand functionality on overview cards.
Tearsheets Picker
Results will properly filter when using the “My Departments” or “My Tearsheets” tearsheet picker.
Worker’s Comp Picker
You can now search the worker’s comp picker by code or by name.
Onboarding Field Resolved Issue
Employee facing checkbox fields will display correctly for admins who are editing documents. Non-Editable date fields will now display the date when filling out a document.
E-Verify: Form I-9 Updates
We’ve enhanced Section 1. Employee “State” field to support a maximum of three characters. We’ve added Section 2. Employer “Additional Comments” so comments can be provided.
New Employee Onboarding Credentials Email Option
You now have the option to send employees their username and password in separate emails. This setting can be enabled in the Control Panel under Integrations > Onboarding and setting Emails.Employee Signup.Send username and password in separate email to “Yes.”
BBO Background Refreshes
You can now manually refresh a record even when it’s queued for a background refresh.
Prophecy Integration
The Prophecy integration is now available to North American customers with either Enterprise or Healthcare edition of Bullhorn. It allows you to manage and send exams from within Bullhorn. If you’re interested, please contact your account manager for more information and pricing. Once purchased, Support can enable this feature for you.
Phone Number Parsing Enhancement
When parsing a candidate record with a single number, you can now elect to have that phone number parsed into the mobile field by default. Please contact support to enable this feature. Note: When multiple phone numbers are provided on the resume, they will be parsed into their respective fields.
Opportunity ID
The Opportunity ID is now available to be used on record layouts, on the opportunity list as a column or on the preview slideout.
SMS Received Note Enhancement
When a recipient opts out of SMS messaging using the STOP command, the note that records this action will now include the number they replied to so it can later be provided should they want to opt back in.
Export Enhancements
You can now export more than 5 interviews and/or web responses per export, and the full count displayed on the list for either will be reflected in the CSV. If you have the export permission, you can now export client submission records where no job is referenced, sometimes known as speculative sendouts.
Names with Apostrophes
You can now add goals and/or quotas to your users with apostrophes in their name.
Opting Leads & Contacts into Mass Mail
Users who have the ability to opt candidates into mass mail may now also opt in contacts and leads. For GDPR enabled companies with the default value of mass mail as opted out: Users with the proper permission can now opt candidates, contacts, and leads into mass mail when consent has been provided.
Export SMS Messages
Users with the “GDPR Admin” user action entitlement now have a new menu action on candidate records to export inbound candidate SMS Messages to a CSV.

Candidate Mass Erasure
The candidate mass erasure limit has been raised to 200 records so you can tidy your candidate lists more efficiently.
Document Editor
We are pleased to announce that the Document Editor is now generally available to Corporate and Enterprise edition customers on all entities that have files. If you have Document Editor, you can now use it to manage your branded resumes via Create Standard Resume.

You can now add categoryID to a candidate’s profile header via View Layout.
