Adding Country and Zip Code Columns to Lists
Bullhorn is pleased to announce that you can now add Country and Zip/Postal code as columns on the Candidate, Contact, and Lead list views. When those columns are added, they can be sorted and filtered like other columns in the list.
Mapping Tool Enhancements
Bullhorn has enhanced the mapping tool that enables users to select one or more contacts or leads from their respective list views and view their locations on a map. Previously, the map view would open in a small window that was not ideal from a viewing or navigation perspective. With the enhancement in the current release, the map takes over the entire view within Bullhorn, allowing for a much larger map to be displayed. When the user is done viewing the map, a red X in the upper-right-hand corner can be used to return the user to the list from which the map was initiated.
Zapier Integration Bullhorn now integrates with the Zapier Development Platform
Zapier is an easy-to-use integration platform that allows users to connect Bullhorn with over 500 other applications such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Google, and more. To learn more, please visit the Bullhorn Marketplace.
Process queues have been optimized in order to minimize latency when sending employees signup notification emails and when processing timesheets.
We are continuing to build out the BBO API, and have recently made improvements in the following areas:
We have improved invoicing to provide greater support for invoice grouping and supplemental timesheets.
We no longer require that supplemental timesheets be on a separate invoice. This helps avoid confusion for clients receiving invoices.
Improved Document History Pop-Up
To increase stability and provide a cleaner look, the document history pop-up window has been converted to HTML.
The Onboarding API has been expanded in the following areas:
Track the history of your inbound and outbound email volume by Day, Month, Year, and All Time. Click to drill down and discover what conversations required the most communications.
Gain valuable insights into your relationships that will allow you to maximize engagement and retain customer health. Details include length of relationship, date last contacted, best time of day to email and best day of the week to email.
Top Engaged Coworkers
The Top Engaged Coworkers card will quickly show you who in your organization has the strongest relationship with a given contact. By determining who at your company has the longest relationship with the contact, as well as when they last reached out, you’ll know who is your best internal resource for that account or candidate.
Submissions Column on Candidate List
We’ve fixed an issue regarding an inaccurate submission count on the candidate list due to web responses also being included in that count. With the resolution of this issue, the Submissions column on the candidate list now reflects the correct count.
