Required Fields Message Disappears When Fields are Filled Out
The “Oops, it looks like you are missing one or more required fields” message that appears when you attempt to Compose a Message, Compose an SMS, or Add a Client Submission with a missing required field will now dismiss when you populate all of the blank required fields.
Moving a Client Submission Without a Job Reference
When you attempt to move a Client Submission without a Job reference to the Submission stage, the Submission option will be grayed out with a message saying “Client Submissions without a Job cannot be moved to this stage.”
Additionally, you can now move a Client Submission without a Job reference to the Interviewing, Confirmed, Rejected, and Placement stages.
Previewing Notes from the “Recent Notes” Overview Card
When previewing a note from the “Recent Notes” overview card, the options in the “Actions” drop-down will now be aligned.
Translate Task Header
The “Task” header on the Activity tab of records will now translate for non-English users.
Double Byte Character Support
All Menu labels in Bullhorn will now support double byte characters.
Basic Search No Longer Cutting off the Word “Required”
The word “Required” will now display properly for non-English users when performing a Basic Search from a list view.
Adding a Task Fails to Add Reoccurring Schedule
Tasks configured to have a reoccurring schedule will now reoccur as expected.
“Find Matching Candidates” Using Detected Language as a Keyword
Using “Find Matching Candidates” will no longer pull in the detected language of the resume as a keyword to the candidate search.
Deleting Placements With Associated Appointments/Tasks
You can now delete Placements that have associated Appointments and/or Tasks.
Picker Results Not Scrolling When There Are More Results
Scrolling to the bottom of the results in a picker field will now load results until there are no more.
Custom Card Height
The height of a Custom Card can now be specified in View Layout. Previously, Custom Cards had a fixed height and displayed with a scroll bar.
Updating an Appointment with an Internal User as an Attendee
Updating an appointment that has an internal user as an attendee will now successfully send an update notification via email.
Adding an Appointment with a Different Owner
Adding an appointment with a different user as the owner will now properly save the appointment.
Description in Document Builder
The description of a document will no longer display as “undefined” if it’s left blank on a newly created document.
Define Maximum Inactive Session Duration in the Employee Portal
For increased security, we have added a setting to time inactive external users out after a set period of time. The default time out setting is 4 hours, but Administrators can request the setting be increased to a maximum of six hours, or decreased to a shorter period as desired. This change applies to Employees, Departments, Vendors, and Authorized Representatives.

Extend Session
A new configuration option has been added for Onboarding customers who wish to allow their Authorized Representatives additional time to review and approve form I9 on their behalf.
Please contact support if you would like to change this from the current 48-hour window to a 72-hour window.
150 Recipient Limit Enforced
The limitation of 150 recipients per SMS message will now enforced in all areas of the application.
Additional Custom Fields on List View
Administrators can now show or hide the following Candidate and Placement custom fields from the Columns drop-down on list views using View Layout:
- customText 21 – 40
- customTextBlock 6 – 10
- customInt 4 – 23
- customFloat 4 – 23
- customDate 4 – 13
Improve Performance of Files Tab
The Files tab will now load much faster on records that have a large number of files.
“View Requirement History” Button on Placement Credentials
Clicking “View Requirement History” from the Credentials tab on a Placement record will now load the requirement history.
