Adding Records to a Tearsheet Just Got Easier!
When adding records (either individually from a record or en masse from a list) to a tearsheet, filter the list to see your tearsheets, your department’s tearsheets, or your entire company’s tearsheets. Your filter selection is “sticky,” meaning it will be remembered the next time you click on Add to Tearsheet.
Previous Bug Fixes
Calendar invitations will now display properly for Office 365 users (only users who are internal to your company, that is) when the owner of an appointment is changed during the creation of that appointment. The Specialty (specialtyCategoryID) field now lists all values that match search input in specialty pickers. We also fixed an issue where email notifications for tasks and appointments were not being sent. Additionally, Drop-down field types no longer allow saving a blank value. Next, we fixed an issue where Fast Find on Bullhorn for Mobile wasn’t working with special characters. Also, mass updating task or placement dates no longer updates the time to the current time (the original time is preserved). Finally, Custom Importing leads will not import duplicates unless you choose to do so.
Automatically Parse in Emailed Resumes
Want to have the system automatically update an existing candidate’s resume when the candidate applies by email to the address that your company has set up to receive resumes? Now you can make that happen by getting in touch with Support to request that this feature be enabled.
With this feature enabled, when candidates who already have records in your database send their new resumes to your Resume Parsing Address, those resumes will now “parse as existing”; meaning, the resume content will automatically update the candidate record’s Resume field (which is also what displays on the candidate list preview slideout). The new resume is also added as an attachment under the candidate record’s Files tab. For more information about automatic resume parsing, view the What is the Automatic Resume Parser? FAQ.
If the feature is not enabled, the new resume will simply be added as a file attachment to the candidate record (which is existing functionality).
Copy Custom Objects on Opportunity Conversion
Custom Objects can now be copied on Opportunity conversion. For data that is relevant on both Opportunities and Jobs, Custom Objects can now be copied when an Opportunity is converted. The Custom Object on the Job will retain all the same information provided on the Opportunity.
Lists and Search
Users are once again able to remove saved searches from their Favorites list. The removal is done by using an “x” icon that appears to the right of the search name when the user hovers over a saved search in the list. Next, we fixed an issue with searching multiple specialties or categories in additional search criteria. Additionaly, users can now filter the “Owner” column on the submissions list by name. Also, the Contact list in a Company record displays correct field map labels after switching Private Labels.
