Pulse Tab on Candidate, Contact, and Company Records
We have added a new “Pulse” tab to Candidate, Contact, and Company records, giving users more visibility to Pulse information. This new tab will display the Pulse information that was previously only accessible via the preview slideouts on the company list views. Consistent with card behavior throughout the application, users will be able to add, remove, and reorder cards on this tab.
Note: Pulse features are available for Pulse and/or Enterprise customers only.
Pulse Talk – Phone Conversation Activity Card
You can now use Pulse to track your phone conversation activity! Driven by the Pulse Configuration page, the Phone Conversation Activity card can be used to track call history with a person or company. Users can also select a data point to view a log of calls made during that time period. This log will appear differently for companies and contacts.

Placement Dashboard – Placement Starts and Ends
We’ve added a new dashboard to Bullhorn! The Placement dashboard will be your place to view all the information you need to manage and monitor placements. With our new Placement Starts and Ends dashboard card, users can easily maintain visibility into placement starts and ends via a user-friendly calendar interface. This allows users to keep track of their upcoming starts, ensuring everything is in order beforehand, as well as any pending/upcoming ends, allowing them time to call hiring managers for contract extensions or to submit the candidate to other positions.
The Placement dashboard will be enabled automatically for all customers who already have the Job dashboard turned on. If you do not have the Job dashboard and are interested in this feature, please contact support.
Note: Dashboards are available in Enterprise Edition only.
Bullhorn is Now Integrated with Constant Contact!
Users can use this native email marketing integration to push lead and contact tearsheets into Constant Contact. You can also assign which Constant Contact lists you want the people on the tearsheet assigned to for marketing campaign purposes. For more information, click here.

We have improved the performance of Job Response Times and Success Rates dashboard cards.

Pulse Configuration Page
We have added a new Tools menu item called Pulse Configuration. This will allow Pulse customer administrators to configure which note types drive the Phone Conversation Activity card. As we continue to expand the functionality of Pulse, this tool will grow to include configuration options for new features.

Inline Editing of Time from Lists
We now support inline editing of time values for Date/Time fields on list views.
Form Trigger Support for Mobile
Form Triggers are now fully supported when adding and editing leads, candidates, contacts, companies, opportunities, jobs, and placements using Bullhorn for Mobile. This includes support for form trigger errors — if a form trigger fails for a user, a message displays in the mobile site detailing the issue.
Email Forwarding Support for Additional Providers
Bullhorn now supports email forwarding for four additional email providers: Rackspace (http://www.rackspace.com – Rackspace Email), Bluehost (http://www.bluehost.com/ – Google mail), HostGator (http://www.hostgator.com/ – Hostgator webmail), Intermedia (http://www.intermedia.net/ – POP email)
Burden Rate Calculations and Subsequent Conversions Can Vary During Setup
To increase consistency in burden rate calculations, a new setup setting has been created to clarify burden rate conversions, Assignment.Burden Rate Conversion. Previously, burden rates between 1.01 and 1.39 were automatically converted to a percentage.
With this setting, if set to Yes, burden rates from 1.01 to 1.39 will convert to a percentage. For example, 1.2 becomes 20%. If set to No, no conversion will happen and the burden rate will save as entered. This setting does not affect Permanent Placements, as they will always save with the entered burden rate. The setting is automatically set for existing customers according to current usage of burden rates.

User Notifications by Branch
We’ve made an update that now allows users to send notifications by branch. Previously, notifications were not being sent for specified branches.

Daily Per Diem Calculation Error
We’ve fixed an issue where the daily per diem was being calculated from the number of time entries for a given day, rather than the day as a whole. The daily per diem is now calculated from a total of all time entries, not the number of time entries.
Saving Employees to Shared Branches
Administrators can now save employees to shared branches correctly.
