New Field Support
The estimatedEndDate field is now supported in Data Replication for Job, Placement, and Placement Change Request entities.
Custom People Objects
An update was made to Data Replication with EMS to ensure that clients using Custom People Objects 11 thru 35 will see those custom objects replicated appropriately in their database to further improve data accuracy.
Syncing Process
An update has been made to Data Replication with EMS to ensure that if there is an interruption during the syncing process, any records that were in the process of syncing before the outage will be processed when the service is back online.
Version Update
The Jackson library that handles the serialization and deserialization of requests in Data Replication with EMS has been updated to v2.9.10.
Edit History
Data Replication with EMS has been updated to include Edit History records for Candidate, Job, Submission, Task, Placement, Contact, and Company entities in the sync.
Task.taskUUID Field Length
An update to the Task.taskUUID field has been made for Data Replication with EMS so that the field length matches the length in the ATS database and eliminates any errors between the systems when the data string was longer than allowed in EMS.
Note Entity
The Note Entity table is now available in Data Replication with EMS further improving data continuity between the ATS and a clients Data Replication database.
Calculated Fields
Data Replication with EMS has been updated to support calculated fields for clients utilizing the Pay & Bill feature.
Adding Candidates
Data syncing to Data Replication with EMS has been updated to ensure that candidates that are added with a timestamp of 000 or 999 milliseconds will not be skipped improving accuracy within the client’s database.
Department Description Field
An issue was resolved that ensures data replication with EMS will update the “Department” description field when an update is made through the API.
Bullhorn Data Replication with EMS Improved Performance
We have resolved a memory leak issue that may have caused Data Replication to stop responding.
Email Alerts for Self Heal Status Updates
Data Replication with EMS Customers are now able to receive an email alert to get a status update on the self-heal process. The clients are able to provide a list of email addresses to Bullhorn Support that should receive the notifications. If interested, please contact Bullhorn Support to have this set up.
DM8 Regression Error on flyaway scripts for all corps
Clients using DM8 will now be able to include dashes within their database names giving the clients greater flexibility when configuring the product to meet their company needs.
Anonymization Fields
An issue with record anonymization and Data Mirror EMS so that during anonymization of candidate, contact, or lead records in Bullhorn, corresponding data will also be removed from Data Mirror EMS. Previously, certain data points remained visible in Data Mirror EMS, despite being cleared in the Bullhorn database. This applies to the following records:
- Candidate Education
- Candidate Work History
- Candidate References
- Candidate, Lead, and Contact Custom Objects
Data Mirror 8 with Entity Model Streaming
Data Mirror 8 with EMS is now available. We welcome all clients to work with their support representative for the free upgrade.
Major enhancements include:
- Entity Model Streaming
- Detects schema changes automatically for new entities (minimal re-seeds).
- Align data to API schema thus, avoiding field mismatches, and prevent errors from manual updates.
- Improved Self-Healing
- Validate that records that were selected for self-healing are synched; report and alert Bullhorn.
