SalesDuel – Filter Players by Title During Tournament Creation
An enhancement has been made to SalesDuel that enables a tournament creator to quickly select all players who have a certain title and add them to a tournament.
When a user is creating a tournament, they can type a title at the top of the Add Players dialog, and, as a result, only players who have that title will appear for selection. At that point, the user can select individual players or they can select all of the players in a department who have the associated title by clicking the plus icon beside the department name (which adds only the filtered players as opposed to all of the players in the department).
Note: A player’s title in SalesDuel is the value that appears in the Occupation field on their user record in Bullhorn. If a user’s Occupation field is blank, SalesDuel will display “No Title” for that user.
SalesDuel – Copying a Tournament
An enhancement has been made to SalesDuel that enables users to create a new tournament by copying an existing tournament.
When a tournament is in progress, you can copy the tournament by accessing its properties and clicking the Copy Tournament link found at the bottom Edit Tournament dialog.

Upon receiving the latest release, users will see the timer appear when within the TV Mode of SalesDuel.
SalesDuel – Timing Enhancements
We have enhanced how SalesDuel handles timing. Previously, tournaments were ending on the morning of the last day of the tournament.
For example, if the tournament was set to end 14 January, the tournament would actually end at 11:59 PM on 13 January as opposed to 11:59 PM on 14 January. Upon receiving the latest release, tournaments will end at the close of the last day selected.

Note:The resume will not be parsed. - The email that gets generated to the published recruiter contact will be appended to include the following text:

We’ve made an enhancement to SalesDuel that enables a tournament administrator to send a recap email upon completion of a tournament. The administrator can send the recap email by accessing a completed tournament and clicking the Send Full Recap Email button that appears on the resulting dialog.
When the administrator sends the email as part of a team-based tournament, the email is sent to all team owners as well as any player who is on a team (note that the email is not sent to players who did not get drafted). When the administrator sends the email as part of an individual-based tournament, the email is sent to every player who was added to the tournament, regardless of their level of participation.
The recap email includes information such as the name of the tournament, the user who won and the number of points they accrued, the user who is designated as the MVP and the statistic that earned them that designation, and the second and third runners up in the tournament. Blueprint also returns email addresses and phone numbers from Executives, VPs, Directors, and Managers across both public and private companies. Opportunity References Added to Email Notifications
We have made an enhancement to note-related email notifications to include opportunity references in the subject and body of the emails.
When an opportunity is referenced in a note and you choose to send an email notification for the note, the ID number of the referenced opportunity now appears in the subject of the email, and a link to the opportunity record appears in the email body. If you reference multiple opportunities in the note, the email subject denotes that there are multiple references, and the email body contains links to all of the referenced records.
Contacts Not Shown on Company Contacts Tab
We’ve fixed the issue regarding secondary ownership not being taken into account when filtering by “All My Groups” on a Company’s Contacts tab. Previously, “All My Groups” would only return contacts whose primary owner was someone within your department. To request this feature, contact Bullhorn Support. Note that Auto-Add is available with Enterprise Edition only. Once enabled, administrators can configure their Auto-Add preferences in Pulse HQ.
Modify Workflow Icons

To learn more about how to configure these settings, view the Understanding Workflow System Settings article.

After opening a record from a list, you will see Previous and Next navigation links on the record page. The navigation links remember the list you opened the record from, and allows you to navigate through those records without returning to the list view.
As of this release, Previous/Next Navigation is available on Candidate, Company, Contact, and Lead records. More record types are coming soon!
Flagged Emails Card Enhancements

Contact Account Engagement (Beta)
A new pulse card is available for Companies and Opportunities! The Contact Account Engagement card provides statistics that allow you to quickly visualize the percentage of engaged contacts versus all contacts for a specific account.
Please contact Bullhorn Product Management if you would like to participate in the beta program. Note that this feature is available to clients with Enterprise Edition only.
Appointment Guest Picker
We’ve fixed the issue in Bullhorn for Mobile regarding scrolling the appointment guest picker. Previously, if you searched for a record in the guest picker and the returned list was longer than the visible screen, you’d be unable to scroll to and select the last record on the list. Now, you are able to select the last record without issue.
Appointments with No Attendees
We’ve fixed the issue in Bullhorn for Mobile regarding adding appointments with no attendees/guests; previously, when doing this, the owner of the appointment (generally the user who created it) would not receive an invitation email for the appointment. Now, the owner receives the invitation email as they should.
