Application Performance
We have enhanced the loading time of the Settings page. When customers had a large amount of Second Signer records, they received more frequent timeouts when trying to access the System Settings page because we were loading all of those records to display as values in certain settings. Now when a client loads their System Settings, they won’t receive timeouts due to the number of Second Signer records that they have on their instance. Because of this, we have also updated the user setting page to now display a “Load Second Signers” button, instead of loading all second signers when the setting page is opened.

Basic Information
An issue has been resolved where applicants were receiving both a success toast and an error toast message after saving the Basic Information page in the Complete Profile workflow. While the values were being saved properly to the profile record, this was causing a lot of confusion for applicants as they were looking to proceed past the Basic Information page. Now upon saving the Basic Information page, we are correctly displaying either an error or success message based on the proper status of that save function while in the Complete Profile workflow.

Localize Language in List C SSN Validation Message
Administrators can now customize the SSN validation warning message in Section 2, allowing them to specify the message that their authorized representatives will see when entering a candidate’s SSN in List C that does not match with the SSN in Section 1.
Submit Button Fails (Resolved Issue)
Previously, applicants were not properly redirected to the main Professional References page after adding a new professional reference when the client was configured to require more than 0 professional references. This was causing a behavior where the page would not refresh to display added references, resulting in duplicate references being added. This issue has been resolved.
Enhanced Flowback For Maine Withholding Document
Maine’s flowback was enhanced for Onboarding365 to Bullhorn/Novo to support the state’s new field (Tribal member residing on tribal land) that was added to their withholding document.
