Application Performance
We have enhanced the loading time of the Settings page. When customers had a large amount of Second Signer records, they received more frequent timeouts when trying to access the System Settings page because we were loading all of those records to display as values in certain settings. Now when a client loads their System Settings, they won’t receive timeouts due to the number of Second Signer records that they have on their instance. Because of this, we have also updated the user setting page to now display a “Load Second Signers” button, instead of loading all second signers when the setting page is opened.
I-9 Details Panel
Recruiters can now conveniently access and review completed sections of the I-9 and accompanying documents in a centralized location on the I-9 Details Panel, facilitating document review.
Job Sync
An issue has been resolved that was preventing Jobs from Syncing from the Bullhorn ATS into OTE when using the Source field on the Job record in Bullhorn. Forms
Candidates who have completed a package of forms can now view and download individual forms separately, providing more flexibility and convenience.
User Accounts
User accounts can now be locked and unlocked manually by admin users, allowing convenient restriction and restoration of system access.
I-9 Section 3 Document Title Field
Dropdown menus for the Document Title field in Section 3 have been added, allowing recruiters to easily select the appropriate List A or List C document for reverification purposes.
Analytics Tool
The analytics tool will now restrict data to six months. This will prevent the tool from timing out when requesting large sets of data.
Preliminary Info
An issue has been resolved regarding the address field headers on the Preliminary Information page that lacked Translation Keys for French, resulting in untranslated text. With this release, French users can now view translated field headers for a smoother user experience.
Basic Information
An issue has been resolved where applicants were receiving both a success toast and an error toast message after saving the Basic Information page in the Complete Profile workflow. While the values were being saved properly to the profile record, this was causing a lot of confusion for applicants as they were looking to proceed past the Basic Information page. Now upon saving the Basic Information page, we are correctly displaying either an error or success message based on the proper status of that save function while in the Complete Profile workflow.
I-9 Section 2
The validation for Alien Registration Number/USCIS Number in Section 2 has been updated to be more aligned with the formatting that USCIS specifies to reduce likelihood of confusion and error.
I-9 Section 3 Name Changes
We have introduced the capability for recruiters completing Section 3 name changes to upload documents evidencing name change simultaneously, eliminating the need for a separate document upload process when handling candidates with name changes.
Tasks Page
The scrolling experience on the tasks page in Talent Platform has been updated. The scroll bar will now be fixed to the tasks list so that users know where to scroll to view all tasks.
I-9 Section 1
The validation for Alien Registration Number/USCIS Number in Section 1 has been updated to be more aligned with the formatting that USCIS specifies to increase compliance.
Branding
The UI of the branding page has been updated to be more easily navigable with a more straightforward user experience.

When a candidate is added through “Quick Add” the phone number field will now feature a country code dropdown, allowing selection of the country to which the phone number belongs, improving candidate accessibility, and enhancing the overall user experience for recruiters.

For recruiters completing a Section 3 work authorization reverification, the word “Receipt” will now automatically be added to the document title when the “Receipt” checkbox is marked, eliminating the need for manual editing and ensuring accurate document name entry.
I-9 Dashboard 2.0 Filtering
Quick Select filter counts will display an accurate representation of numbers, ensuring consistency between toggled locations and dashboard results.
Automated Filling of Last Digit on Document Numbers
An issue was resolved where when completing I-9 Section 2 and selecting either Foreign Passport with I-94, Form I-20 or Foreign Passport with I-94, and Form DS-2019 from List A dropdown, the Form I-20 and DS-2019 were setting a “0” as the 11th last digit of the Document Number.
